We sell "Kosa eel" kabayaki grown at a eel farm in Kosa Town, which is known as a clear stream town. All eels are grown solely in beautiful groundwater drawn from the town's symbol, the Midori River basin. In addition, a 24-hour circulation filtration system has been introduced to keep the water clean at all times. We are particular about the growing environment and food, such as giving eels less stressful and feeding them in a clean indoor pond.
